The Lake County Community Foundation and A4CB's Small Business Growth Initiative (SBGI) grant program is looking for 8 entrepreneurs in Waukegan who want to grow their business and will commit to a four-month learning cohort. We are teaming up to provide capital, coaching, and connections to help up to 8 entrepreneurs grow their businesses in Waukegan. Each small business owner accepted into the program will receive at $30,000 grant.
The 2024 SBGI grant application is open until April 22nd at 11:59 pm. The 8 business owners chosen will need to be able to attend the first SBGI cohort meeting on May 20th at 3 pm.
