What is this Email Restriction?
There are three cases of Email Restrictions that will prevent you to use the same email to register multiple times to collect the New Member Ecu Reward.

1. Re-using the current email:
   You must provide an email when you apply to Be A Member. While this email is still associated with your current Vibary membership, it cannot be used to set up another Vibary membership.
    
2. Re-using the email from a terminated membership:
   If you terminate your Vibary membership - and we will be sorry to see that, the email associated with your terminated membership cannot be used to set up a new Vibary membership for 90 days. Once the lockdown period has ended, you can re-use that email.
    
3. Changing email to the email of a terminated membership:
   If you terminate your Vibary membership, and use a different email to set up a new Vibary membership, you cannot change the email setting of the new Vibary membership to the old email from your terminated membership for 90 days from the date of the termination of the first membership.

Why are these Email Restrictions?
They can prevent the abuse of using the same email to collect the New Member Ecu Reward multiple times.

You can earn this Reward again by registering using different email addresses. Unless you plan to maintain multiple profiles on the Vibary Network, registering multiple times just to collect this Reward may not be worth it. Our general ecu reward system is based on loyal usage and contributions. You will have many, many opportunities to earn ecus. It will be more rewarding for you to concentrate developing your single Vibary membership than spreading your effort in multiple low-impact profiles.

What if I could bypass the Email Restrictions?
The use of your unique email for your Vibary membership is part of the Vibary Terms of Usage. There will be consequences if you bypass it:

1. There is a flaw in our system.
   In this case, we will retain your earliest Vibary membership, and terminate all other memberships that you have been able to create using the same email, due to an openly accessible flaw in our system. The ecus from the terminated memberships will be transferred to the retained membership.
    
2. You have hacked into our system.
   If you succeed in your hack, it means there is a flaw in our system. However this is not an openly accessible flaw, and you have to do obscure or contortionist tricks in order to succeed in your hack. In this case, we will retain your earliest Vibary membership, and terminate all other memberships that you have been able to create using the same email. All ecus accrued through the terminated memberships will be forfeited, and not transferred to the retained membership. In addition, a penalty of 500 ecus will be imposed on your retained membership.
