If the sign-in process keeps failing when you provide your password, retrace your footsteps for these common errors:

  1. Make sure that your username is typed correctly.
     
  2. Since the password is not shown when you are typing it, make sure that the CAPS LOCK key is not on by mistake. Your password is case-sensitive, so with the CAPS LOCK on all the characters you type in will be upper-case.
     
  3. Perhaps you (or somebody who knows the password) has requested a new password be assigned to this VIP membership account. Try to find out if this is the case.
     
  4. If none of these errors is causing your problem, you may need to request a new password.  Do so by consulting I Forgot My Password.
